We have furnished the Bergpanorama holiday flat with a lot of hard work, effort and attention to detail.
We want to keep the quality of our offer permanently high and attach great importance to the fact that all guests feel comfortable.
Therefore, we ask you to treat the flat with the same respect as you would your own home.
You will be making a significant contribution to ensuring that we can offer you and other guests a great temporary home for a long time to come.

General
Please do not regard our house rules as an instruction, but as a guideline for a harmonious coexistence. If something is unclear or you miss something, please contact us. This way misunderstandings can be avoided from the beginning. Please make sure that your fellow travellers also know and observe the house rules. As much as sunshine tempts you, the interior furnishings should remain in the house and not be carried or moved to the balcony. In order to avoid damage, we ask you to refrain from moving furnishings. Nothing may be placed or stored in the common rooms. In particular, skis, ski boots, sledges and scooters may not be stored here. Bicycles may not be brought into the house; please use the lock-up facilities in the underground car park or the cellar room.

Damage
Don’t worry: We won’t charge you for every broken glass or broken plate right away. Because we know: Nobody damages things on purpose, but things can get broken in the heat of the moment. We ask you to inform us promptly of any minor mishaps. This gives us the opportunity to quickly replace the damaged items.

Security and duty of care
The flat door should always be closed and locked with a key when you leave the flat. Please also remember to close the windows when leaving the flat to prevent burglary and storm damage. Make sure that burning candles are never left unattended and always out of the reach of small children.

Environmental protection
Sustainability and environmental protection play a major role for us. Therefore, we ask you to use water and electricity sparingly. Make sure to turn off the lights and all electronic devices when you leave the flat. The heating goes up quickly, so please turn it down when you are away.

Kitchen
Since a dirty kitchen does not bring a smile to anyone’s face, please put crockery, pots and cutlery back into the kitchen cupboards only after they have been cleaned and dried. To avoid burn marks, hot pots and other objects should only be placed on the tables or worktop with a trivet. A chopping board as a base prevents unsightly scratches when chopping vegetables, fruit, etc. Unsightly residues and crusts in the oven should be removed.

Bathroom
No hygiene products, waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids, fats or the like should be thrown or poured into the shower, washbasin, kitchen sink or toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. These items belong in the waste container provided.

Ventilation
The flat must be sufficiently ventilated even during the cold season. By ventilating for as short a time as possible, but sufficiently (approx. 5-10 minutes, several times a day), you can reduce mould growth and make a significant contribution to preventing infection.

Cleaning
Should a mishap occur (stubborn dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the flat swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards. Please avoid make-up stains on towels and bed linen, which are difficult to remove, right from the start.

Quiet times
We like our neighbours and they like us. Help us to keep it that way. Please respect the community and keep the quiet hours of 1-3pm and 8-8pm.

Party/overnight guests
We are not suitable as a party or event venue. Persons not shown are not permitted to stay overnight in the accommodation.

Internet/WLAN
The use of the free W-Lan is free of charge, but at your own risk.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house. However, you can smoke on the balcony. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house because we rent our accommodation to people with allergies.

Keys
Please never give the keys out of your hand. Please inform us immediately of any lost keys. Please understand that we have to charge replacement costs of 80 €.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).

Arrival and departure
Please do not check in before 4pm on the day of arrival and leave the flat by 10am on the day of departure. This gives us enough time to ensure that each guest finds clean accommodation to enjoy.

The private parking space of the “Ferienwohnung Bergpanorama” is located in the underground garage.

Just drive down the street and use the first entrance to the underground car park. The key also fits the underground garage door. The parking space is located directly to the right of the entrance, parking space 42.

The sofa can easily be folded out into a cosy bed, you can find the instructions here:

You can control the heating separately for each room on the wall thermostat in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. When you leave the flat, it would be great if you could turn down the temperature.

Turn the round knob to the left = colder
Turn the round knob to the right = warmer

A washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement.

The way is as follows:

Press -1 in the lift to get to the basement. When you reach the bottom, the first door on the left says “Laundry”. If you go straight ahead, you will come to the underground car park with the bicycle parking spaces.

Washing machine and dryer work with washing coins. These are in the flat if needed. There is a small drawer under the brochure rack.

Washing machine: 3 €

Dryer 1 €

If you don’t have detergent with you, it is also in the small drawer.

Please send us the corresponding amount via Paypal for the coins you have taken out.

If you want to connect your bike in the garage, you can get to the right level through the right garage door. When you enter, on the far right, you will find the bicycle lock-up facilities. If there is no free space, you are welcome to park your bike in front of our parked bike. It is the blue CUBE mountain bike.

From the underground car park you can go directly to the flat. Go through the door next to the bicycle parking spaces, then through a second door, straight ahead in the direction of the lift, then simply go up to the 4th floor and you have arrived back at the holiday flat.
