There is a work area in the bedroom. The desk with an ergonomic desk chair and a 23.8-inch monitor offers optimal working conditions.
Clean, modern and well-maintained!
The dining table seats 4 people and is ideal for a cosy meal or a fun games evening. Board games are available.
The room can be completely darkened by electric blinds.
Practical living area
The fold-out sofa can be extended into a comfortable bed (with fixed slatted frame and mattress (140 x 200 cm) for two people.
A 43-inch flat screen with Smart TV is integrated in the living area. NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME or Disney+ are available so that you can use all your favourite streaming services.
Spacious bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
A hairdryer is available.
Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are available free of charge.
Towels are ready for your arrival!
You can soak up the sun on the south-facing balcony.
There is a large bench, table and 2 chairs.

Spacious wardrobes offer plenty of storage space for clothes. Hangers are available.
The cloakroom has ample storage space for shoes and helmets
There are plenty of hooks for jackets
A private car parking space belongs to the flat and is located in the underground car park.
Ski storage is available in the entrance area of the house.
Bicycles can be safely stored in your own cellar
This is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the flat!
Pets are not allowed.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the cellar for a fee. There is a clothes horse in the flat.
A free WLAN is available and can be used free of charge.

Wir waren am Wochenende zu dritt im Apartment und waren begeistert. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Ich bin schon viel rumgekommen , aber diese Ausstattung hat man selten. Die Lage zum Wintersport und Rodelhang war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen . Vielen lieben Dank an die Besitzer der Wohnung. Ihr seid spitze 👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten gut zu Ruhe kommen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und mit Liebe dekoriert. Gerne wieder!
Als ich hereinkam, fühlte ich mich, als würden wir in ein neues Ferienhaus kommen, alles war funkelnd sauber und mega ordentlich. Darüber hinaus wurde an alles gedacht, wie zum Beispiel ein Spiegel, um ganz einfach dein Make-up zu machen, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Kräuter zum Kochen, Behälter zum Mitnehmen von Lebensmitteln, viele Steckdosen/Steckdosenleisten (super schön).
